Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notice with the following information:

  1. Identification of the Removed Material: Description of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  2. Statement of Good Faith: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  3. Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district or, if you are outside the United States, the district where your service provider is located.
